Point of Sale (POS) System

Intuitive interface for taking orders and managing requests.

Menu & Item Selection

  • Search Bar: Quickly find menu items by typing keywords, dish names, or categories.
  • Menu Categories: Switch between all menu items or filter by category (e.g., Appetizers, Chef Specials, Soups, Salads, Main Course, Sides, Beverages).
  • Item Cards: Each item displays a photo, name, price, category (e.g., Kids’ Menu or Desserts), and serving details.

    • Click the “+” button to add the item to the current order.

Dine In / Pickup Selection

  • Dine In and Pickup buttons allow you to choose the order type.
  • Adjusts available selections and flow based on service style.

Customer & Table Assignment

  • Customer Name: Search or enter the customer’s name.
  • Select Waiter: Assign a waiter to the table/order from the dropdown.
  • Select Table: Choose from available table options (e.g., G1, T4), each showing capacity.

Order Summary

  • Ordered Items List: Displays all items added to the current order; updates in real time.
  • No items added: Message appears until items are selected.

Workflow Tip: Use the POS screen to quickly build and finalize customer orders, assign staff and tables, and switch between dine-in and pickup modes for operational efficiency.

Pick Up

Order Details Panel

Easily manage the specifics of each order—whether it’s Dine In or Pickup—from a clear and streamlined panel.

Step 1: Service Type Selection

  • Dine In / Pickup: Choose between dine-in or pickup modes at the top of the panel.

    • The selected option is highlighted for clarity (e.g., Pickup).

Step 2: Customer Information

  • Customer Name: Enter or search for the customer’s name in the provided field.

    • You can add new customers using the plus (+) button.

Step 3: Waiter Assignment

  • Select Waiter: Assign a waiter to the order using the dropdown.

    • If not applicable, leave as “No waiter.”

Step 4: Ordered Items

  • Ordered Items List: Displays all items added to the order, including quantity and details.

    • If no items are yet selected, the panel will show “No items added.”

Pro Tip: Update customer/waiter info and items at any point before finalizing the order. The panel adapts instantly to changes for smooth order processing.
