Welcome to Restory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Restory website (restrory.com), our cloud-based restaurant management platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Restory ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or by accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business (e.g., your restaurant), you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Registration and Account Security

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Free Trial

• Restory may offer a 14-day free trial for new users
• During the free trial, the Service is provided "as is" and without warranty
• At the end of the free trial, you must enter valid payment details to continue

4. Fees, Payment, and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions: Billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• Automatic Renewal: Subscription renews unless cancelled
• Price Changes: 30 days' notice will be provided
• Taxes: Fees exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT)

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except for our 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You May Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We May Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
