Main Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring and managing your restaurant’s performance. Upon login, you’ll be greeted with real-time statistics, key reports, and shortcuts to essential features.

Key Dashboard Components

1. Today’s Statistics

  • Orders: Total number of orders received today.
  • Revenue: Cumulative earnings from today’s orders.
  • Avg Order Value: The average revenue per order.
  • Customers: Number of unique customers served today.

2. Sales Trend

  • Last 30 Days Sales Trend: Interactive chart displaying revenue and order volume over the past month. Use this to track growth and spot trends.

3. Order Status Breakdown

  • Pie chart summarizing all order statuses:

    • Delivered

    • Confirmed
    • Cancelled
  • Visual insights help you quickly assess operational efficiency.

4. Top Selling Items

  • List and images of best-selling menu items.
  • Shows total orders and sales value for each top product (e.g., Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl, Fruit Custard, Shrimp Scampi Pasta).

Usage Tip: The dashboard updates automatically to reflect new orders, sales, and activities. Admins and managers can customize widgets and filter data for more granular insights.

My Restaurants

Manage your restaurant profiles from a single dashboard. Easily add, edit, or maintain core business information for each restaurant location.

Restaurant Card Details

For each restaurant, you will see a summary card showing:

  • Restaurant Name The official name of your restaurant.
  • Short Description A brief tagline or description (e.g., “Restaurant for Health conscious people”).
  • Address & Contact Full street address, city, and region Contact phone number Restaurant email address
  • Cuisine Type Specifies the type of cuisine offered (e.g., Mixed, Italian, Chinese).
  • Status Indicators Tags display whether the restaurant is currently active or closed.
  • Actions

    • Edit: Click the pencil/edit icon to update the restaurant’s information.

    • Delete: Click the trash/delete icon to remove the restaurant from your account.

Adding a Restaurant

  • Click the Add Restaurant button in the top-right corner of the page.
  • Fill out the required details to create a new restaurant profile.

Tip: Use this section to quickly switch between locations, keep business details up to date, and manage your account efficiently.
